Every one of the thousands of schools we work with receives, at minimum, full industry-standard margins — nobody gets shortchanged. The 150 is the inner circle of the TB&D Fundraising Collective, and where it’s available, these schools earn an extra level on top: higher profit ranges plus a steady stream of extras we negotiate privately with our manufacturers and vendors, then hand to them completely free of charge.
It isn’t something you sign up for. There’s no form, no fee, and nothing to join. It’s simply how we give back — at a level no one else in this industry offers — to the schools who have built something real with us over the years.
Kept small on purpose
The number is capped for a reason. A small circle is the only way to protect the elevated margins, the white-glove service, and the value of everything we pre-negotiate each year. Open it up, and it stops being worth being part of.

Where available, an extra level of margin on top of the full industry-standard rates every school already earns — negotiated privately, above anything published.
Free vendor-donated product
Manufacturers and vendors donate product to us every year. We pass it straight to the 150 at no cost — which means 100% profit on every single piece.
