I have made this so many different ways it is so versatile.
I put potato rounds or hashbrowns on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Also, preheat your oven for the temperature on the package.
We brown some sausage or bacon and put it on top of the potatoes.
That is topped with a dozen beaten eggs and then baked for the time alloted on the potatoes.
Lastly, I put a layer of cheese on the top and bake it for an additional 5 minutes. My entire family loves this and we rarely have any leftovers.
