I continue to read the Back To Basics over at Simple Mom. Today is about menu planning. I have to admit that I haven't been doing that great of a job on this lately. I have been flying by the seat of my pants. We have been eating out of our pantry/freezer but I have not been very organized about it.
So today I sat down and made our menu plan for the week.
Monday- Chicken tacos
Tuesday- Pork roast/mashed potatoes
Wednesday- Corn chowder with cornbread muffins
Thursday- Chicken legs and potato fries
Friday- Homemade cheese pizza

Homemade pizza's a favorite in my house - we make it once almost every week... it's easy, delicious, and way healthier than getting pizza anywhere else!
