I used to have a basket in our laundry room for shoes (we come in to the house from the garage through the laundry room). I thought it would help with tracking dirt and mud on the carpet. I finally had to make everyone put their shoes in their own closets so we wouldn't have to trip over the huge pile of them every time we came in the house. :)
BTW, my oldest son has been telling me that he wants an Irish Wolf Hound. I think he's crazy. :)

Isn't it awful when a kid has more shoes than you! Boo has at least 5 pair right now, I have three. Not fair!!
