So, you might remember that I joined an exercise class.
Well, I didn't go at all last week.
I know, I rock. But it wasn't my fault. Really. Okay, one day was my fault. I just didn't want to go on Sunday but Wednesday my hubby took R to a concert and I didn't have anybody to watch the younger two boys while I went.
I started back up today. The squats are getting easier. Of course, the other stuff is getting harder.
I am also thinking about doing The Couch to 5K Running Plan. I have seen this on other blogs. I think Paula's and Jenni's and it sounded interesting.
So I am going to give it a shot. I think I might be crazy but the trainer in my class said we need to have a goal besides "I want to lose this many pounds" or "I want to look good in my jeans."
I do have another goal by the way, it is "I do not want to have a double chin in pictures."
Wish me luck and if you want you can give it a try too. :)

That is so my goal too!! I saw a picture from a wedding we went too, and I don't have a neck it seems, just a long droopy chin. Yuck!
I wanted to lose weight too and have lost 5 kilos (which is one clothing size... which was my goal). I'm glad that I did, and now I have to concerntrate on maintaining it. I too wanted to lose the double chin... but don't think I quite managed it :)
Yeah, did you read about Boy #2 thinking I'm PREGNANT? That Couch to 5K thing works. Of course, I haven't done one darn thing this week! Too bad we don't live a little closer! I'd run with you!
You go girl! Any woman who can run, or is trying to run has my deepest respect. :)
